Research On Risk Management Of C Company’s Coal-fired Power Station Project In Pakistan

In recent years,our country electric power enterprise positive response "neighbourhood"initiative,and further deepen the strategy of "going out",and "neighbourhood" all the way along the national joint cooperation,hand in hand to promote a large number of major power investment project development,construction and operation,the benefit of local people,the prosperity of the local economy at the same time,strong in order to accelerate the process of enterprise internationalization.Current world political and economic change accelerated evolution,source of global turmoil and risk point obviously increased,the electric power enterprise overseas investment project faced by political,economic,social,and then increased the risk of the operation and management and so on various aspects,and overseas power investment project construction period is longer,the electric power enterprise in our country need to the risk of investment projects has a comprehensive grasp and profound insights,in order to strengthen protection for the interests of the overseas investment projects.Based on this,this paper takes C Company’s coal-fired power station in Pakistan as an example to systematically study the risk analysis,evaluation and response of overseas power investment projects.This article from the Chinese electric power enterprises generally face the risk of overseas investment projects of Pakistan to C company coal-fired power plants,which can identify the risks of investment projects identified including political,economic,social,safety and environmental protection,technology,management of six kinds of risk and other risks of 29,coal-fired power plants in Pakistan investment project risk evaluation index system,using the order relation analysis,respectively to determine the weight of each risk factors in the two levels of risk index,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk of coal-fired power plants in Pakistan,and according to the evaluation conclusion and the actual situation,Targeted risk response measures are proposed for enterprises to manage and control the risks of investment projects in coal-fired power stations in Pakistan.This article through to the risks of investment projects,Pakistan’s coal-fired power stations to conduct a comprehensive and systematic risk management research,in order to explore suitable for China’s electric power enterprise overseas investment project operation period of effective risk prevention and control system,so as to improve the operation of electric power enterprises in our country overseas investment project management level,to enhance the international competitiveness of China’s electric power enterprise,sets up the international brand has great guidance and reference significance.
