The thesis studied the preparation and characteristics of building phase change materials and their effects on indoor temperature and humidity through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimentation,and analyzed the impact of building phase change materials on building energy consumption.The application of building phase change materials in different climate zones was studied.Firstly,phase change temperature prediction model of organic eutectic phase change materials was established and the accuracy was verifiedits,which can be used to guide the preparation of eutectic phase change materials.The phase change microcapsules of the organic core material can be prepared by the interfacial polymerization method.The phase change latent heat of the phase change microcapsules is 156.7 J/g and the phase change temperature is 24.18 ?.The phase change microcapsules and diatomaceous earth were mixed according to the ratio of 3:7 to obtain the shaped phase change material test block.The phase change enthalpy and temperature of the prepared phase change microcapsules/diatomite composite material were reduced to 44.17 J/g and 22.3?,respectively.The wet properties of the phase-change microcapsule/diatomite composite were characterized by DVS and MBV tests.Subsequently,the heat and moisture transfer model of the single building was established,the heat transfer mechanism of the phase change material of the building was analyzed,and the phase change temperature,the latent heat of the phase change,the thermal conductivity,the number of air changes,the laying thickness of the phase change material,The influence of factors such as laying area and window-to-wall ratio on the indoor temperature distribution.Finally,this paper establishes the energy consumption model of air conditioning for phase change buildings,and calculates the energy consumption of the application of building phase change materials in office buildings.The changes of temperature and humidity of the phase-change building,the changes of the wall heat flow and wet flow density,the instantaneous power of the air conditioner and the monthly energy consumption of the air conditioner are obtained.The influences of phase change temperature,phase change latent heat,frequency of ventilation,building phase change material laying thickness,laying area and other factors on the energy consumption of air conditioning throughout the year and summer were analyzed.Finally,the application of building phase change materials in different climate zones is analyzed,and the best application temperature of building phase change materials in each climate zone is obtained.
