The important difference between straddle-type monorail vehicle and the subway system is vehicle.It mainly displays in the difference of bogie structure and the key discrepancy is the bogie direction mechanism.The reasonability of walk system design and the quality of work relate to the safe operation of the vehicle and effective driver.Therefore,this paper systematically researches on the optimization of walk wheel from the perspective of the friction and connection behavior between the wheel rim and wheel core.The main work which has been done in this paper are as follows:?Analyzes the theory and structure of the current monorail bogie in Chongqing,and analyzes the stress of the core component in walk system which includes hollow axle,transmission shaft,wheel core,rim,and walk wheel tire;?Study the characteristics of friction wheel rim-core system connection based on the analysis of Chongqing monorail vehicle bogie running system structures and principles;?Study and design "The friction and connection properties and reliability test method of straddle-type monorail vehicle walk wheel rim-wheel core" and "The bearing capacity test method of straddle-type monorail vehicle walk wheel rim-wheel core";?Develop fixture and jig and build wheel rim – wheel core friction and connection characteristic test system on the base of static torsion test rig.?Make comparative research on the static torsion test rig to verify the validity of optimization,and re-optimize the key parts of the walk system : rim body and wedge;?Finite element model of the rim is established by using finite element analysis software and analyze the static strength of optimized straddle-type monorail rim under the load of AW3;?Research the installation characteristics of straddle-type monorail vehicle walking wheel rim,and design static load test bench of monorail vehicle walking wheel tire;?Calculate the stress of the walk rim combined with the strains of wheel rim that collected by the tire static load test rim station under the load of AW3.
