Energy dissipation damping is an important technology for structural damping control.The technology uses energy dissipation devices in the structure to consume the seismic energy that should have been consumed by the structural components,thereby reducing the seismic response and damage of the structure.The friction damper is a kind of high-cost shock absorber.The device is simple in structure and can dissipate the energy of the seismic and wind load input structure,so as to reduce the structural vibration response.In this paper,the shock-absorbing performance of a frame structure with a friction damper is deeply discussed and analyzed,and a practical calculation method for the seismic action of the structure is proposed.The main research content of this paper is as follows:(1)Firstly,The state equation is presented and solved of the structure.And then From this,the floor maximum displacements and the interlayer maximum displacement angles of the structure subjected to MATLAB numerical simulation and SAP2000 finite element analysis.At last,the maximum lateral displacement of the floor and the maximum displacement angle between the floors of the frame structure under the action of four kinds of site seismic waves are studied.The analytical results of the two methods are in good agreement with each other.The results indicate that the damping effect is significant on the floor installing friction damper,but the damper has almost little influence on the damping effect of the other floors.Therefore,the friction damper should be continuously installed instead of being discontinuously installed.(2)Using numerical calculation methods,after analyzing and proposing the criterion of the maximum displacement angle between layers when the friction damper is uniformly arranged on each floor,an economic distribution scheme is proposed for the damping force of the friction dampers on each floor,and the scheme is given.Damper damping force adjustment formula.So that the distribution of the maximum displacement angle between the floors of each floor is close to meet the requirements of the maximum displacement angle between seismic layers,but also to achieve economic and reasonable purposes.In addition,a practical calculation method for setting up the seismic effect of the frame structure of a friction damper is proposed,which has a reference value for practical engineering applications.(3)The friction damper is a kind of displacement-dependent damper.For convenience of analysis,it can be equivalent to a viscous damper whose damping force is proportional to the speed,so that the seismic response spectrum of the “Code for Seismic Design of Buildings” can be calculated.earthquake effect.Based on this,the equivalent damping of the friction damper frame structure is analyzed.The equivalent damping ratios of various vibrations of the structure are analyzed.Studies have shown that when the value of the field period is appropriate,the amplitude of the normalized coordinate before and after the damping ratio can be substantially equal,and the equivalent damping is more accurate.(4)Using finite element software SAP2000,finite element analysis of the friction-damping energy-absorbing and shock-absorbing space frame structure under single and bidirectional earthquakes is performed.The results show that the shock-absorbing effects of symmetrically arranged dampers in the symmetrical structure are basically the same.In addition,if the damper is symmetrically arranged in a symmetrical structure,the frame structure will have different degrees of torsional effect,and with the increase of asymmetry,the shock absorption effect will be worse,and even the seismic response will exceed.The corresponding anti-seismic structure has extremely unfavorable influence on the structure.Therefore,the dampers should be arranged symmetrically in the symmetrical structure.The arrangement of the dampers in the asymmetric structure should minimize the deviation of the center of the structural stiffness and the center of mass.
