The ride comfort of commercial vehicle is more and more concerned by the public,its quality affects the comfort and market competitiveness of the vehicle.With the rapid development of science and technology,virtual prototyping technology has widely applied to the positive development of the vehicle,it can not only shorten the development cycle and reduce development costs;and through the simulation test instead of the real vehicle test,can reduce the dependence on the physical model.In this paper,using Adams/car to establish a front suspension system,rear suspension system and cab system,cab suspension system,steering system,powertrain system,frame,tires,road etc,front and rear the bridge system modeling consider the influence of spring material and friction of the actual situation,the establishment of spring model using three beam method,considering the vertical dynamic stiffness.In order to make the model more accurate,the wheel vibration suspension simulation,to verify the accuracy of stiffness.Finally,the vehicle axle load distribution and attitude adjustment make the ride comfort model more consistent with the actual situation of the vehicle.The vehicle simulation study on the washboard road and on twisted road,it ride performance under various conditions was investigated.The test car is tested on the actual road surface,the position of the front rotating ear corresponding to the frame position,the position of the rear hanging lug corresponding to the frame,and the vibration acceleration value of the seat rail of the cab are measured.Comparing the test results with the simulation results,it is verified that the vehicle ride comfort model has certain accuracy.The simulation and experimental results show that the vehicle with 5km/h,10km/h drive on twisted road or on the washboard road,vehicle ride performance is poor.When the vehicle is traveling on concrete pavement,the cab has large vibration,poor comfort,poor vibration isolation performance of the driving mount system,so optimization of the stiffness and damping of the cab suspension system.Damping is generally nonlinear,and ADAMS software can only be linear optimization,so the force module instead of spring damping.According to the spring damping parameters,the coefficients of the force module instead of the spring damping are fitted by MATLAB,and the coefficients are parameterized to convert the nonlinear problem into a linear optimization problem.Taking the vertical vibration acceleration PSD at the center of the cab as the optimization target,the optimized damping curve is applied to the vehicle.The simulation results show that the ride performance of the whole vehicle has been improved.
