This paper was proceeded connecting with the item"Integration and Exploitation of Heavy Vehicle"which is a branch of"863"project presided by NVH group . On the basis of researching the configuration of cab mounting and the elastic characteristics of the air spring, cab mounting are matched and optimazed for a certain domestic car.The cab air mounting multi-body dynamics virtual prototype model is created based on the ADAMS platform in this paper. Physical parameters, mechanical parameters is the same as the actual cab data, Geometric parameters in the model is built in Catia.And transfered from UG to ADAMS..In this Environment,the Nonlinear Characteristics of air sprine and damp is simulated by spline.From the simulation and Analysis to the model, Natural vibration frequencies, modal, modal energy distribution, as well as response curve can be learned.We knowed from the simulation results, There is a certain degree of coupling in various bands of modal shape in the Cab. This will lead to cab mounting system resonance frequency band more wider. In the external stimulus, it is more increased in the probability of resonance. In this paper, using the energy method for decoupling cab mounting system optimization. Optimization results of the third-order system that is the main mode pitch, roll and the coupling of vertical direction a certain degree of reduced.
