The Yibin area of Sichuan is rich in water resources,and there are many hydropower stations and power supply companies within the jurisdiction,so competition among power companies in the area is fierce.An electric power company has multiple branches in Yibin area to provide electric power services to Yibin's enterprises and residents.The company has always regarded serving customers as its business philosophy and has continuously enhanced its competitiveness through improving marketing services.This article plans to develop a set of marketing business system for electric power companies,to uniformly manage all power customers and marketing business of the company,and to improve the management efficiency of marketing business by means of information technology.This article takes a power company's marketing business as the research background,conducts a detailed investigation of the company's marketing business,and finally completes the development of the power company's marketing business system.The power company's marketing business system is developed based on J2 EE,using MyEclipse as a development tool,and introducing the Struts2 framework,using a MySQL database to store marketing data.The functions of the power company's marketing business system are closely integrated with the company's marketing business.As the marketing business changes and adjustments,the system functions also need to be changed accordingly.Therefore,the system uses the easy-to-maintain Struts2 framework to reduce the difficulty and cost of system maintenance.This article first reviewed various customer service rules and regulations formulated by an electric power company,and interviewed employees such as the quality management department,marketing department,and engineering department to clarify the content of the system requirements;then based on the needs analysis,the system was designed and divided Functional modules such as customer management,business expansion and installation,marketing accounting,quality control and system management were implemented to implement information management of the customer marketing business at the current stage.Finally,the marketing business system was implemented and tested,focusing on the functions The module's implementation class,timing diagram,etc.,and shows the implementation interface of some functions.During thetest phase,it introduces functional test cases,performance test content,and test results.At present,the power company's marketing business system has been developed.The system has realized the unified storage and management of all marketing operations and customer service processes throughout the company,and has created prerequisites to improve customer service levels.All marketing business information has been passed after the system was launched.The system for processing not only improves the quality of customer service,but also improves the level of internal marketing control.
