Nowadays,the railway electrification rate continues to increase,and the maintenance of railway vehicles also needs to have higher production efficiency.Among them,the cleaning of electrical components and wire of electric locomotives has always been one of the key and difficult points in the maintenance of locomotives,especially the cleaning of electrical wire of locomotives.Generally,the traditional cleaning process is used to manually wash the wire with high-pressure water gun and alcohol scrubbing The way of cleaning the line connector is very low efficiency and low cleaning quality.In order to improve the cleaning efficiency and quality of locomotive lines,this paper introduces the ultrasonic cleaning method,combines the characteristics of locomotive electrical wire and the theory of ultrasonic cleaning,determines the cleaning requirements and process flow of locomotive lines.Through the finite element simulation and experimental analysis,the ultrasonic cleaning process parameters of locomotive wire are designed Wave cleaner.First of all,through the analysis of the working principle of ultrasonic cleaning,understand the influence of frequency,power,temperature and other factors on the effect of ultrasonic cleaning.Through the small ultrasonic cleaning machine in the laboratory to carry out the feasibility cleaning experiment on the electrical wire of the locomotive with small specifications,and with the appropriate amount of cleaning agent,it is found that the cleaning effect can be achieved after 15 minutes of cleaning,which verifies the feasibility and efficiency of the ultrasonic cleaning of the electrical wire of the locomotive.For ultrasonic cleaning tank,the structure of the cleaning tank is designed after selecting the placing mode of the cleaning basket in the tank In workbench,the finite element models of different structure cleaning tanks are established.The static analysis and modal analysis of cleaning tanks are carried out respectively,and the bearing performance and dynamic stiffness performance of different structure cleaning tanks are compared.It is concluded that the square beam structure has better bearing performance.After optimization,the middle rib of beam can improve the bearing performance and dynamic stiffness performance of cleaning tank.Then,the transducer vibration plate model is established,and the vibration response of the vibration plate is analyzed when the transducer is arranged in different ways,excitation frequency and output power.It is concluded that the triangle array is more suitable for ultrasonic cleaning of locomotive electrical circuit.The displacement response of vibration plate increases first and then decreases with the increase of excitation frequency,and increases all the time with the increase of power.The vibration response results of the vibration plate solved by ANSYS Workbench areimported into LMS virtual.Lab software to simulate the sound field in the cleaning tank during ultrasonic cleaning,and to explore the distribution and sound pressure of the sound field in the cleaning tank under different frequencies,different cleaning fluid temperature and output power.The results show that the sound pressure increases first and then decreases with the increase of excitation frequency,and increases all the time with the increase of power,which is consistent with the vibration response.The sound pressure increases first and then decreases with the increase of temperature.Then,the ultrasonic aluminum foil corrosion experiment is carried out to explore the distribution and strength of the acoustic field in the ultrasonic cleaning tank in practical application.It is found that the corrosion degree of aluminum foil increases first and then decreases with the increase of temperature,and the corrosion becomes more serious with the increase of power,which shows that the experimental results are basically consistent with the results of finite element acoustic field simulation.Finally,the overall design of the ultrasonic cleaning machine for the locomotive electrical wire is carried out.According to the structural characteristics of the locomotive electrical wire and the characteristics of the pollutants,the closed assembly line cleaning method is determined,which includes four cleaning processes: pre-washing,ultrasonic cleaning,ultrasonic rinsing and drying.The main structure and work of each cleaning process of the equipment are described Then,the model of ultrasonic cleaner for locomotive wire is built by CATIA software.Adopt Siemens PLC s7-200 as the control system of the equipment,and assign the input and output address of each control function.
