Research On Selection Of Prefabricated Component Suppliers Based On DEA-AHP Two-stage Method

With the continuous development of the national economy and science and technology,many industries in China have embarked on the development path of modern industrialization.However,China's construction industry is still in a very backward state.The traditional construction method has high energy consumption and serious environmental pollution,which is inconsistent with the requirements of national sustainable development.As a new type of construction,prefabricated buildings have the advantages of low environmental pollution,high resource utilization rate and high assembly and construction efficiency.In order to accelerate the pace of modern industrialization in China's construction industry,the state has adopted a large number of policy measures to promote the development of prefabricated buildings.Prefabricated buildings have ushered in important development opportunities.The prefabricated components are the basic components of the prefabricated building.The quality of the prefabricated components and the price level directly affect the quality and construction cost of the prefabricated building.For construction enterprises,the procurement of prefabricated components is the basic and extremely important link for project construction.Reasonable selection of prefabricated component suppliers is an important guarantee for construction enterprises to smoothly carry out the construction of assembly-type construction projects.Therefore,how to scientifically,reasonably and effectively select prefabricated component suppliers is an important problem that construction enterprises face and needs to be solved urgently.In the context of the country's vigorous promotion of the development of prefabricated buildings,from the perspective of construction enterprises,this paper discusses how the construction enterprises choose and evaluate the best prefabricated component suppliers in the process of construction of the prefabricated construction projects.First,after reading a large amount of historical literature on fabricated buildings and their prefabricated components and supplier selection,the article introduces the basic concepts of fabricated buildings and their prefabricated components.Secondly,the article expounds the theory of supplier management,and combs the general indicators of supplier selection and evaluation.At the same time,the article elaborates and summarizes the basic ideas,processes and methods of supplier selection.Then,the article further elaborates the construction characteristics of the prefabricated building and the characteristics of the prefabricated components.On the basis of this,through the literature on the selection of suppliers,the principles of the construction of the indicator system are followed,Under the guidance,the index system for the selection of the prefabricated component suppliers of prefabricated buildings was preliminarily constructed.Then,combined with the characteristics of the prefabricated buildings and their prefabricated components,the preliminary construction of the indicator system was adjusted and revised.Therefore,an index system for the selection of prefabricated building prefabricated components including 30 production capacity,transportation capacity,product quality,product cost,enterprise financial status,information level and enterprise soft power is established.Under the guidance of experts,the indicators in the indicator system were explained in detail.Then,based on the establishment of the index system,the article elaborates the principle and application steps of the DEA-AHP method,and establishes the supplier selection model of the DEA-AHP two-stage method.Finally,based on the established index system and evaluation model,the article brings the actual case of construction enterprise V into the model,conducts empirical research,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and conclusions on the results of the case operation.
