Research On The Reconstruction Strategy Of Urban Villages Based On Context Protection

The village in the city is a special product that emerged during the rapid urbanization of my country,and it has played a positive transition role in the development of the city.However,while providing convenience to the city,villages in the city also bring many problems to urban governance,which seriously restricts the modernization of the city.Many cities can’t wait to improve their image and environmental quality,and launched large-scale renovation plans for villages in the city.Throughout the completed urban village reconstruction projects,most of them adopt the reconstruction model of overthrowing reconstruction.Due to the lack of in-depth excavation of the cultural resources of the urban village during the transformation process,the rebuilt community cultural space has not been reshaped and the cultural atmosphere is serious Without it,the city’s cultural context has been severely damaged.At any time,the city will face the problem of collision and integration of "new" and "old" spaces,and it will always exist as the city evolves.It is precisely due to the accumulation of different urban cultures in various periods that the current rich urban appearance can be formed.As part of the urban context,in order to protect the integrity and continuity of the urban context,in the context of insufficient protection of the urban context,it is particularly important to propose a strategy for urban village reconstruction based on the context protection.This article analyzes the background and current situation of urban village reconstruction in Xi’an,and combines the analysis of basic theories and reconstruction cases to construct a theoretical framework for urban village reconstruction based on contextual protection,including the principles,content,methods and basic strategies of the reconstruction.In this regard,this paper chooses Shilipu Village in Xi’an City as a practical case.Through many field investigations,it has an in-depth understanding of the status quo of Shilipu Village and the characteristics of cultural elements.Finally,it proposes a strategy for the reconstruction of Shilipu Village based on contextual protection,including adjusting the population distribution.,Spatial layout optimization,building facade renovation,characteristic business planning,improving the ecological environment,and shaping cultural space.Through the research on the strategy of urban village reconstruction based on context protection,we hope to provide useful reference for the future urban village reconstruction in Xi’an and other cities.
