With the continuous advancement of urbanization,a new round of rural power network transformation marks the transformation of rural areas to modernization.Due to historical reasons,in order to save costs,the rural distribution network has the characteristics of scattered load,single grid structure,long line length,difficult information interaction,obsolete equipment,complex operation and maintenance environment,etc.most of the distribution network adopts radial lines,and there are low technical equipment conditions and low comprehensive quality of personnel,resulting in low operation reliability and high failure rate.Therefore,the emergency repair and maintenance of rural power grid has been an urgent problem to be solved.In order to further change the development mode of power grid,accelerate the construction of intelligent power grid,better meet the needs of economic and social development,to improve the technical equipment conditions of rural distribution network as a break through,the power grid is vigorously promoting the construction of distribution network automation.According to the characteristics of rural power grid,deepen and promote the application of distribution network automation technology,in rural distribution network automation terminal application principle,selection,design,installation,setting value setting and practical application scheme are analyzed and explored in depth,which makes new technology and equipment have a wide range of applications in rural power grid,and can solve the problem that when the line fails,it can not realize automation Isolation,and need to spend a lot of time to locate the fault,the reliability can not be guaranteed.At present,the coverage and application rate of rural distribution automation is low.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the design principle,application scenario and configuration standard of distribution automation terminal in distribution network,which is of great significance to improve power quality,power supply reliability and improve power grid planning.This paper will analyze the application principle,type selection and setting principle of "voltage time" type feeder automation terminal applicable to rural power grid area.Taking the 10 k V feeder of 110 k V Jiangxi station as an example,the application of distribution network automation terminal is studied.Based on the existing feeder automation switch terminal,the fault flow chart of "one line one case" is compiled,and the 10 k V feeder fault specification is summarized.The recovery scheme of distribution network self-healing has reference value for the early planning work and engineering design of distribution network automation in the future.
