| With the increase of heavy-duty vehicles,the road damage related to them has been paid more and more attention.Rutting is the most common damage form of high-grade pavement.Rutting disease will obviously reduce the bearing capacity of pavement structure at the location of pits,shorten the service life of high-grade highway and increase the maintenance and operation cost in the later period.Timely and effective technical measures will play an active role in economic development and delaying the rutting of highway.Relying on the actual conditions of tangcao expressway,through the analysis of traffic volume,pavement disease and axle load spectrum,it can be concluded that tangcao expressway is a typical heavy load traffic and rut damage is more serious.Theoretical analysis of typical expressway rutting formation and anti-rutting paths,combined with the actual situation to choose in the asphalt mixture mixed with antirutting agent,to reduce heavy traffic conditions of highway rut,for the extension of pavement fatigue life and high temperature anti-rutting ability raise has the vital significance,this also is to solve heavy traffic and climate pavement caused by high temperature rut disease effective means.In order to study the strengthening mechanism of asphalt mixture by selecting anti-rutting agent,three indexes test and adhesion test were carried out in macroscopic aspect,and the asphalt mixture was analyzed by scanning electron microscope and infrared spectrum in microscopic aspect.After the mixture ratio design of the selected anti-rutting agent,the road performance and mechanical properties were verified through tests.It was found that the selected Hon-7456 could significantly improve the high temperature anti-rutting performance of asphalt mixture,and the optimal mixing amount of Hon-7456 asphalt mixture was obtained.Through further high temperature performance test,the anti-rutting ability of Hon-7456 under high temperature and heavy load is verified.Figure 54;Table 45;Reference 54... |
