The steel corrugated board structure has excellent stress characteristics due to the existence of axial corrugations,which can alleviate the structural stress concentration caused by the load to a greater extent,better utilize the advantages of the steel structure,and its construction period is short and the cost is low.The application of steel corrugated board structure in China's road engineering has become increasingly widespread.At present,the research of steel corrugated board channels is mainly based on small spans,while the steel corrugated board channel currently used in road engineering in China are becoming larger and larger.In order to make the long-span steel corrugated board channel safer and more economical in China's road engineering,it is urgent to study the mechanical properties of the long-span steel corrugated board channel to provide a reference for the design work and construction of the structure.Based on the field test conditions of the long-span steel corrugated board channel project,this paper establishes a three-dimensional finite element analysis model and analyzes the mechanical characteristics of the structure.The main research contents include the following aspects:1.Relying on the physical engineering,the pipe wall strain and the surrounding earth pressure of the 10 m long-span steel corrugated board channel during the construction process were collected on-site,and the field test data was analyzed systematically,and the change law was obtained.The calculation results of several common methods for calculating the earth pressure at the top of a circular tube culvert are compared with the measured results on site,the feasibility of using finite element numerical simulation method to study the mechanical properties of long-span steel corrugated board channels was verified.2.Based on the research results of field test analysis,a three-dimensional finite element analysis model was established to carry out static simulation analysis on the construction process of large-span board corrugated board passages and after construction,and combined with the measured data to obtain the structural weakness and control factors;The maximum soil cover height model based on the Mises yield criterion considers the influence of the elastic modulus of the soil and the wall thickness of the steel corrugated plate on the mechanical performance of the structure.The model is verified and improved by comparing with the measured data.The regression formula of the maximum soil covering height of the corrugated board channel provides a reference for the structural design of the long-span steel corrugated board channel.3.Using the dynamic time history analysis method to analyze the seismic performance of the long-span steel corrugated plate channel,the characteristics of the influence of the stiffness of the soil and the wall thickness of the steel corrugated plate on the seismic performance of the structure were obtained.It provides a reference for the seismic design of long-span steel corrugated plate channels.
