Study On Cost Management Of Building Project Of Nanning Zhuling Converting Station

The planning and construction of the Power Grid Corp in the substation and its transmission lines are ongoing.In the substation construction,civil engineering has been a difficult construction,long cycle,high cost of a class of projects.Its cost management and control has certain research value and research difficulty.The cost management and control of the project has always been one of the most important contents of the project management.In this paper,the key project of the Guangxi power grid division of the South China Power Grid-110kV substation project based on bamboo for the practical basis,the construction of civil engineering as part of the research focus,to carry out project cost management research.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the civil engineering project of substation,and according to the existing problems,studies the pertinence of the project cost management.Secondly,divided into two stages estimation of civil engineering project,design and construction stage,the construction stage of cost estimation by using the method of WBS work breakdown structure,and estimated the total cost of the project.The validity of the WBS method is proved.And the cost of the project budget,and gives the labor costs,materials costs,mechanical use of the spread of the calculation table.Thirdly,the project cost control measures are analyzed in 4 aspects:labor cost,mechanical cost,material cost and management fee.The whole cost control system and the whole life cycle management system of project cost control are constructed,and the control methods and tactics of labor cost are analyzed.Finally,this paper studies the application of earned value method in project cost control,including performance measurement,schedule control,performance evaluation and so on.The performance measurement and assessment methods of project cost are given.Through practical analysis,the availability and effectiveness of earned value method in cost management are proved.The research results of this paper have certain reference value for the same type of project cost management.It has accumulated some methods and experience for the cost control of civil engineering construction.
