With the development of rural economy,the demand of rural residents for the quality of living environment has gradually increased.In recent years,the area of rural residential buildings is increasing year by year,and the energy consumption of rural buildings is also increasing.Most of the areas in South Shaanxi belong to the hot summer and cold winter climate area in the thermal design code of our country.The area is hot in summer and cold in winter.More and more residents take measures to solve the indoor thermal environment problems in winter and summer by themselves.In the past,the rural areas in southern Shaanxi generally did not use heating and air conditioning,so they did not pay enough attention to the thermal insulation of residential buildings,and the thermal performance of the enclosure structure was generally poor.If this situation is not changed,under the situation that the rural residential buildings are increasing year by year and the energy consumption is increasing day by day,the residential buildings in the rural areas in southern Shaanxi will inevitably cause greater energy consumption and hinder the development of the local rural economy [1].Therefore,it is imperative to promote the energy conservation of rural residential buildings in southern Shaanxi.In this context,the author combined with the actual situation of Southern Shaanxi,and carried out some research on the energy-saving technology of enclosure structure suitable for rural residential buildings in southern Shaanxi.Based on the investigation of the villages and towns in Ankang and Hanzhong of Southern Shaanxi,the author has a preliminary understanding of the basic situation of the rural houses in southern Shaanxi,the construction method of the enclosure structure and the commonly used materials of the enclosure structure.By the way of indoor and outdoor temperature test,the author has a certain understanding of the indoor and outdoor thermal environment of the rural residential buildings in southern Shaanxi,and a typical brick For example,the thermal performance of the local common building envelope is known;compared with the energy-saving design standard of residential buildings,the existing problems of the rural residential building envelope in southern Shaanxi are found out.The author found that the indoor thermal environment of rural residential buildings in southern Shaanxi is cold in winter and hot in summer,which is caused by the lack of necessary thermal insulation measures for the local enclosure structure.The existing construction method of covering sloping roof on flat roof can meet the requirements of energy-saving design,but the external walls and windows need to be combined with the actual situation of Southern Shaanxi to carry out energy-saving technology research.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different structural forms and materials,the author comes to the conclusion that in the rural residential buildings in southern Shaanxi,the energy-saving technology of self insulation wall should be selected for the exterior wall.The 240 mm thick shale porous brick can meet the energy-saving design requirements,while when the concrete block is selected,the thickness of the wall needs to be increased to 253 mm or the thickness of the internal and external plastering mortar to 30 mm to meet the energy-saving requirements It can meet the design requirements;hollow glass plastic frame casement window should be selected for the exterior window;and the energy-saving effect of each building is analyzed by calculating the building heat consumption index of energy-saving technology of enclosure structure.It is concluded that when shale porous brick wall,concrete block wall,hollow glass plastic frame window and shale porous brick wall and hollow glass plastic frame window are used at the same time,the building is compared with the building The heat consumption indexes of buildings decreased by 11.83%,5.85%,2.49% and 14.34% respectively.Finally,in view of the low indoor temperature in winter in southern Shaanxi,the author makes an exploration and Research on the idea of using passive solar energy to reduce the energy consumption of indoor heating in winter.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of passive solar energy utilization technology,the authorthinks that the additional solar energy saving technology is suitable for rural residential buildings in southern Shaanxi.Finally,the benchmark building is set up and the additional solar energy room is designed,and the heat consumption indexes of the heating period are calculated respectively.It is found that when the additional solar energy room is used,the solar energy saving rate of the building is 49.91%,and it is predicted that The average indoor temperature is 13.08 ? after the passive solar house is set,which shows that the passive solar energy utilization technology can effectively play an auxiliary role in winter in the rural areas of Southern Shaanxi.To sum up,in view of the energy-saving technology of the enclosure structure of rural residential buildings in southern Shaanxi,the first is to select appropriate construction methods and materials in the two parts with poor thermal performance,i.e.the outer wall and the outer window,to improve the thermal performance of the enclosure structure;the second is to use renewable energy,such as solar energy,for auxiliary heating of agricultural houses,to reduce the heating energy consumption in winter.
