Study On The Spatial Model And Design Of New Public Buildings In Guanzhong Village

Rural public building space is the core of rural public space and an important carrier of villagers’ public life.With the transformation and development of the Guanzhong countryside and the changes in the public lifestyle of villagers,the existing rural public building space no longer meets the needs of current rural development and villagers’ public life,but the composite use and applicability of public building space has become the core issue of its utilization.The new type of public building space model mentioned in this article responds to the new demand for public building space from the development of the Guanzhong countryside and the public life of villagers in the transformation period through the research on the composite function of public building space and the suitability of space indicators.First,through the survey of the transformation and development of the Guanzhong countryside and the public life of the villagers on the public building space requirements,sort out the types of public buildings suitable for the Guanzhong countryside and their spatial function composition,and analyze their complexities.The composite design of the public building space that should be compounded,and three types of spatial function compounding are obtained: basic service type,development service type,and integrated service type.The spatial function compound mode includes: spatial function reorganization compound,spatial function update Type compound,spatial function sharing compound,spatial function variable compound,spatial function time-sensitive compound.Second,according to the transformation and development of the villages in Guanzhong and the demand for space scale in the public activities of the villagers,combined with the survey data of the space scale of sample public buildings,the adaptive design of public building space indicators suitable for modern villages in Guanzhong is carried out;based on the composite space function of new public buildings Design,the composite design of the spatial indicators of the composite space;at the same time,combined with the dynamic development of Guanzhong village and the randomness of the villagers’ behavior,the flexible design of the space indicators of the new public building is carried out to carry out quantitative research on the new public building space.Third,through the analysis of the plane space,facade design and external form of Guanzhong’s traditional rural public buildings,combined with Guanzhong’s modern rural public lifestyles,we translate them;summarize and sort out the public building space usage and spatial organization modes applicable to Guanzhong’s rural areas;Combining the design of space function composite design,space index suitability design,space prototype reference,space organization mode design,research and put forward three new public building space modes: basic service public building space mode,development service public building space mode,comprehensive Service-oriented public building space model.Based on the research on the new demand for public building space in Guanzhong villages,this paper proposes a new public building space model design method through the research of public building space function composite,space index suitability,and spatial design regionalization to cope with the transition period in Guanzhong Changes in the space requirements of rural public buildings.
