In recent years,due to China's urbanization development and the acceleration of the new rural construction process,a series of practical problems such as ecological degradation,functional conflicts,and waste of resources have occurred in the development of rural space.With the reform of the territorial space planning system and the deepening of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the village land development method has shifted from production space-oriented to production,living,and ecological space coordination.Therefore,in the new era of the preparation of village-level land space planning,scientific planning Defining the production-living-ecological Space and establishing the development goals of the production-living-ecological Space have important guiding significance for the physical space layout and functional combination of the national space.This paper summarizes the relevant research theories on the identification and optimization of rural production-living-ecological space at home and abroad,constructs and constructs a theoretical framework for the production-living-ecological space optimization based on suitability evaluation,and uses Hedi Village,Jinqu Town,Meixian County as an empirical research area to systematically discuss The overall process of production-living-ecological space layout and optimization.The research conclusions are intended to enrich the theory and practice of production-living-ecological space optimization and provide theoretical support and reference for the village land space planning.There are main research conclusions:(1)Based on the high-precision land use status data,this paper divides the current production-living-ecological space in Hedi Village by identifying the dominant functions of various types of land.The spatial distribution and landscape pattern analysis are combined with field investigation to analyze the element distribution and development status of the production-living-ecological space.A discriminant analysis was conducted to determine the current situation of production space as the dominant,ecological and living space supporting the production-living-ecological spaces.The production space is dominated by arable land and gardens,and agricultural production has prominent advantages.Factors restrict the development of production space;the layout of rural residential areas in living space is more concentrated,but the problems of low land intensiveness and imperfect public facilities and infrastructure make living space less livable;ecological space resources are better,but affected by The terrain environment and the layout of rural settlements have affected the ecological environment.(2)Based on the connotation and characteristics of the production-living-ecological function and the characteristics of the production-living-ecological space development in Hedi Village,this paper selects 22 index factors to construct the production-living-ecological space suitability evaluation index system,comprehensively evaluates the functional suitability of each land unit,and divides it into five At each level,the most suitable function is comprehensively judged after superimposing the suitability of a single function of each evaluation unit,and the comprehensive suitability zone is determined.Among them,the ecological space is 166.57 hm~2,accounting for 34%of the total space.It is mainly based on the river water surface and inland tidal flats in the Weihe Ecological Reserve in the north of Hedi Village,and the central and continuous ecological forests in the north and west.The overall spatial continuity is high.;Production space of 254.48 hm~2,accounting for 52%of the total space,the space composition is mainly based on the northern and western Hedi Village,the area with better farming conditions and higher farming conditions as the core,higher concentration;living space 65.68 hm~2,accounting for 13%of the total space,Hedi Village is distributed on both sides of the main traffic trunk line,showing a distribution pattern of"six groups."(3)Based on the space optimization method of suitability evaluation,a planning idea of space layout-space optimization-space management and control was constructed.By coordinating various space development needs,the layout and adjustment of various land use activities are carried out according to the optimization concepts of ecological priority,intensive efficiency and suitable functions,and the overall pattern of land use in Hedi Village is determined,of which agricultural land area is 346.67 hm~2,construction land 62.40 hm~2,ecological land 76.76 hm~2;On this basis,comprehensive protection planning of Hedi Village is integrated,and the area of permanent basic farmland protection area is 216.84 hm~2,ecological protection area is 121.43 hm~2,and the village development boundary area is 62.4hm~2.Clarify the spatial management and control pattern;divide the production-living-ecological spatial pattern by combining single functions and composite functions,and clarify the functional orientation of functional space partitions based on resource conditions,industrial development goals,and various development plans;Enrich the industrial structure and promote the integration of rural one,two,and three industries to determine the overall layout of industrial development as the target output.Finally,on the basis of the land use intensity assignment classification method,constructing a land use degree classification index table.By calculating the comparison and adjustment of the land use comprehensive degree index and the contribution value before and after adjustment,the spatial optimization method based on the evaluation of production-living-ecological space suitability The land use has been rationally organized and adjusted,and the spatial development model of Hedi Village has gradually changed to modernize agricultural production,intensive construction land,and improve ecological governance.
