Heritage Identification And Characteristic Analysis Of The Built Environment Of "156 Industrial Projects" In Xi'an

In the context of the development of urban stock,as a part of the stock space,the existing industrial area of the city has been paid attention to since the beginning of the 21 st century and has been gradually incorporated into the category of urban cultural heritage.At present,there are still many problems in the protection and renewal of the existing industrial area in terms of discipline research and reuse practice.In terms of discipline research,as most of them are single cases or disciplines,its integrity needs to be improved.Compared with the ancient industrial projects,the relatively recently projects have not formed a social consensus on their cultural value.In practice,the neglect of records,the single way of renewal,and increasing number of unevaluated demolition reflect the lack of social awareness of the value and related legislation of industrial heritage,which is also a common problem faced by the protection and reuse of industrial heritage.To sum up,the exploration of existing industrial heritage protection and reuse strategies should be intensified,especially the identification of its value and the basic research of its built environment,which directly affects the relevant practical work.Covering almost all industries,the "156 Industrial Projects" aided by the Soviet Union in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China were the foundation of China's modern industry.The completed 150 projects are distributed in 17 provinces,cities and autonomous regions,which greatly promoted China's national defense construction and economic development,and is a great starting point for today's glorious achievements.From the perspective of both historical culture and architectural aesthetics,it is a series of engineering projects with great significance,and its various aspects of value need to be further explored.Xi'an is one of the eight important industrial cities in China during the “Five-Year Plan” period.A total of 16 key projects of “156 projects” have settled here,making it the city with the most construction projects.This study takes these 16 industrial projects as objects.The research of the heritage value and the characteristics of its built environment will help fill the vacancies in the "156 Industrial Projects" of Xi'an Industrial Heritage Research,and promote the relevant projects in practice.And improve the establishment of heritage archives,while advancing the construction of a local industrial heritage value system.First of all,this article takes the definition of heritage as a starting point,sorts out the research progress of cultural heritage and industrial heritage at home and abroad,and the practice of protection and reuse of built cultural heritage.Combined with the existing value theory and related policies,the value of Xi'an 's industrial heritage was initially explored,and the heritage attributes of 16 "156 Industrial Projects" in Xi'an were determined and their five universal heritage values were proposed.Secondly,to sort out the construction background of China's "156 Industrial Projects" in a macro perspective,focusing on the urban planning of the early days of Xi'an and its construction of 16 "156 Industrial Projects".In terms of the research on the characteristics of the built environment,the heritage composition of the research objects is sorted out according to different building types.By referring to literature and field research,the current status,superior planning and regional positioning of the three areas concentrated in the "156 Industrial Projects" are studied at the regional level;the forms of production workshops,office buildings and residential buildings are studied at the architectural level.In addition,the research and education,medical and health,sports and entertainment supporting institutions were sorted out.In the end,combined with the basic research data of the object ontology and the value framework in Chapter 4,the value evaluation and grading identification of the research objects are gethered to form the Xi'an "156 Industrial Projects" Industrial Heritage List.
