Research On Optimization Of Green Space Layout In Xi'an Textile City Regional Park

At present,with people's reflection on the development mode and the improvement of land resource shortage,the city's development model has gradually transformed to "stock optimization",and the research to focus on the fairness and rationality of urban land use has received widespread attention.In this context,urban development is also paying more attention to the improvement of quality,and park green space is an important support for improving the quality of the city.The fairness and convenience of its layout have an important impact on the quality of life of residents.At this stage,the park green space planning in the stock land is mostly based on the status quo evaluation,and then the optimization plan of the new park green space is proposed,but the efficiency of site selection and layout is difficult to guarantee;at the same time,due to the lack of consideration of the settlement and park green space layout The dynamic matching relationship between them is likely to cause uneven distribution of park green spaces and misalignment with residents' needs,making it difficult to achieve social goals of fairness and convenience.Therefore,how to properly plan and effectively supplement park green space to better meet people's daily recreational needs has become an urgent task.Based on this,in order to maximize the service value of park green space in the stock land and improve the scientificity of land layout,this paper draws on the accessibility theory,facility location theory,fairness on the basis of the research on park green space layout at home and abroad Justice theory and space behavior interaction theory,systematically analyze and summarize the classification,scale,service radius and layout mode of the current park green space,and take the community parks and amusement parks that are most convenient for residents' daily recreational activities as the research object.The textile city area of Xi'an is a research area.Through the method of questionnaire survey and actual visit,the current layout of the park green space in the textile city area and the needs of residents are analyzed.By combing the constituent elements,total amount and layout of the current park green space in the study area,the questionnaire survey is used to understand the needs of residents' daily recreational activities,and the current situation and actual needs are combined to find that there are per capita in the park green space layout of the textile city area The index is low,the total amount is insufficient,the service radius is too large,and the problems such as the actual travel distance of residents and the layout mode not being a system are not considered.In response to these problems,starting from the determination of indicators,based on the actual situation of the elderly population in the textile city area,combined with relevant research,practice and questionnaires,the total amount and service radius of the planned park green space in the textile city area are reasonably determined.In terms of layout method,first of all,aiming at the reality that the old residential areas are compact and have limited stock space,combined with the location allocation model,the maximum number of residents covered by park green space and the minimum total travel cost of residents are fairness and convenience goals,respectively.Dynamically match with residents,reasonably determine the number,location,service scope and service population of park green space;secondly,check the service population and park green space area to determine the park green space area reasonably to ensure that per capita indicators reflect actual services Level;Finally,adjust and optimize according to the surrounding land,and provide targeted design guidance for different types of park green spaces.Finally,the layout of park green space in the textile city area was determined reasonably,with a view to providing new ideas for the optimization of park green space layout at this stage.
