| Nowadays,most research on the fairness of green spaces focuses on measuring the balance of spatial distribution in urban park green spaces.Although the research results in this direction can provide reference for the fair distribution and construction of urban park green spaces,due to various constraints,the top-down distribution formula lacks practical feasibility,and it is difficult to promote the fair use of green space resources in a short period of time.Therefore,this article starts from the feasibility of reality,Overall,a bottom-up improvement approach is adopted to study the internal needs of users for park green space and the optimization strategies for park green space resource allocation.A comprehensive analysis and comparison of three data acquisition methods based on sociology and the adaptability of network text analysis method to the research direction of this article were conducted.Then,combined with desktop surveys,the research object was determined.A crawler program was used to obtain network evaluation texts of 21 parks and green spaces in Harbin from the public comment website.The data was preprocessed using software segmentation and meaningless word removal using the Weibo Cloud webpage program,Finally,obtain textual data that can be used for subsequent research.Using the Micro Word Cloud webpage program to obtain high-frequency words in text data,the text is classified and processed by analyzing and comparing the characteristics of high-frequency words.The classification results are divided into six categories: user type,user environmental perception and evaluation,user activity items,internal entertainment and service facilities in the park green space,internal landscape of the park green space,and maintenance and management of the park green space.Subsequently,similar words in the six modules are merged and statistically processed,By using content analysis and statistical analysis methods to determine the directionality between phrases,the overall behavioral and usage characteristics of users in park green spaces were obtained.Corresponding optimization strategies for park green space resource allocation were proposed based on four demand directions: user needs of different age groups,landscape needs,facility needs,and management needs.By meeting the collective needs of the majority of the population,Promote the realization of fairness in the internal use of park green spaces at the overall level.The extremely cold weather in winter in Harbin may lead to changes in the behavior patterns of park green space users.Starting from this hypothesis,this section analyzes and compares the number of evaluated users and finds that if the park green space continues to be in the state of the other three seasons during winter without taking human measures,the usage rate will significantly decrease.Then,qualitative analysis is used to construct a causal relationship diagram of the decline in usage rate,Through comparative analysis and statistical analysis,it was determined that the extremely cold weather in winter is the main reason for the decrease in the utilization rate of park green spaces;Statistical data shows that a small portion of park green spaces still maintain a high level of usage vitality.By reading and analyzing their text content,users’ needs for ice and snow landscapes and ice sports are identified.Based on this,strategies for optimizing winter park green space resource allocation are proposed,allowing residents near each park green space to have the opportunity to enjoy ice sports and ice and snow landscapes,and promoting the realization of fairness in park green space use in winter.This article first identifies the collective usage needs of multiple age groups and the majority at the overall level,providing a reference for the gradual realization of fairness in the internal use of park green spaces;Secondly,the demand for the use of park green space by users in Harbin during the winter period was obtained,which not only promotes the realization of fairness in park green space use in winter,but also provides a practical path for improving the vitality of park green space use in cities with the same climate type during the winter period;It also provides some paths and methods for the stock update,quality improvement,and efficiency enhancement of park green spaces. |
