Oscilloscope,as one of the most common dynamic measurement tools,plays an irreplaceable role in production,research,teaching and other fields.In this thesis,a digital oscilloscope automatic calibration system is studied,designed and implemented to solve the problems of cumbersome manual calibration oscilloscope working process,large staff occupation and long calibration time.The digital oscilloscope automatic calibration system mainly explores and practices the oscilloscope automatic calibration technology from the following three aspects:A digital oscilloscope automatic calibration system based on LabVIEW is designed and implemented.By using LabVIEW,a virtual instrument with flexible visual user interface and abundant hardware driving resources,the automatic calibration system of oscilloscope is combined with LabVIEW to realize the efficient development and utilization of the system.The calibration information of digital oscilloscope based on universal serial interface(USB)and universal interface bus(GPIB)is transmitted automatically and efficiently.The automatic control of oscilloscope calibrator is realized by IVI driving technology.The problem of software interchange at instrument level is solved.By means of interchangeable virtual instrument(IVI)driving technology,the reuse of system software can be realized only by changing the special device driver when replacing the instrument,and convenience is provided for the subsequent system development.
