Oscilloscope calibrators used to calibrate various oscilloscopes, The most widelyused in the pulse parameter value transfer process. SCM research project "High-Performance Oscilloscope Calibrator automatic calibration"(item number SCM2) inpartThis project uses the LabVIEW programming environment, GPIB, USB and otherI/O interfaces, control calibration oscilloscope calibrators and various standardcomplement each other, automatic acquisition of calibration data, and thecorresponding data processing, display and storage, greatly improving the speed andaccuracy of the calibration of high-performance oscilloscope calibrator. Solve thefollowing problems:(1)Automated measurement and calibration to achieve high-performance oscilloscope calibrator. Including DC voltage DCV, ACV of the square-wave voltage cycle Period, RFV, Risetime. At the same time, the automaticgeneration of test certificates.(2)Uncertainty of the measurement of the square-wavevoltage ACV increased to0.03%or less.We prepared calibration software, calibration of all projects can be completed in15minutes. The results show that the trial process and the results are consistent withthe design requirements of the system is expected and intended use.
