The aircraft carrier is a strategic weapon of the big country.The carrier-based aircraft launch rate is the key factor affecting the combat effectiveness of the aircraft carrier,and this capability is directly determined by the aircraft carrier's aviation support capability.This paper focuses on the optimization of aircraft support aircraft aviation support process and the influencing factors analysis method.By optimizing the aircraft carrier aviation resource allocation and analyzing the key internal and external factors affecting the aircraft carrier aviation support capability,the aircraft carrier output rate and aircraft carrier's combat effectiveness are improved.The problem of aircraft aviation support process optimization is a complex resource scheduling problem.There are many types of carrier aircraft,different types of carrier aircraft have different support processes,and the carrier aircraft must meet the strict take-off sequence.Compared with the conventional scheduling problem,the task relationship in the aviation security process is more complicated.The tasks may not only have strict sequential relationships,concurrent relationships,but also flexible non-parallel execution relationships,that is,some tasks cannot executed at the same time but there is no strict order constraint.In response to these characteristics,the paper establishes an aircraft aviation support process optimization model,and rationally dispatches aviation support resources to ensure that the time required for each carrier's aircraft to be dispatched is the shortest.On this basis,in order to identify the key influencing factors of the carrier aircraft support process and improve the support efficiency,the paper further studies the analysis method of the influencing factors of the aircraft aviation support process,and proposes an internal influencing factor analysis method based on bottleneck identification and based on combat.An external influence factors analysis method based on the experimental framework.The analysis of internal influencing factors mainly considers the impact of the number of support groups equipped with each support task on the aircraft support aviation support process,and improves the aviation support capability of the carrier aircraft by adjusting the number of key support groups.The analysis of external influence factors mainly considers various external factors that may affect the support capability in the aviation security process,such as sea conditions and types of bullets.Through the analysis of external influence factors,it supports the formulation of the aircraft carrier dispatch plan and the evaluation of the aircraft combat capability.Specifically,this paper mainly completes the following three aspects:(1)A mixed integer linear programming model for aircraft carrier aviation resource scheduling is established.The paper analyzes the order of carrier aircraft dispatch and the constraint relationship between various support tasks in the aircraft support aviation support process,and establishes the mixed integer linear programming model aiming at minimizing the guarantee time of a carrier aircraft.Based on the specific case,the accuracy of the model is proved by the control experiment,and the advantages and disadvantages of using CPLEX to solve the model are analyzed.(2)The bottleneck identification indicators and methods for internal influence factor analysis are proposed.Based on the aircraft support aviation resource scheduling scheme solved by the aircraft aviation support resource scheduling model,the impact of the key support groups on the support efficiency is analyzed.The bottleneck identification index is defined based on the degree of influence,and the corresponding bottleneck recognition method is proposed.The specific cases are designed to analyze the internal influencing factors of the Ford-class carrier aircraft aviation support process,and the effectiveness of the bottleneck identification method proposed in this paper is verified.(3)An analysis framework of external influence factors based on combat experiments is proposed.Because the external factors affecting the aviation support process of the carrier aircraft are difficult to analyze through exercises,the paper introduces the concept of combat experiments and analyzes the external influence factors in the way of combat experiments.The operational experiment framework was established,which provided the basic ideas and methods for the analysis of external influence factors.The operational experimental framework was explained through specific cases,and the external factors affecting the aircraft support aviation support process of the Ford-class aircraft carrier were analyzed.
