Carrier-based aircraft have been not only the source of surface combatants' fighting ability,but also a significant method of seizing naval and air supremacy.Over the recent years,with the tremendous development of Chinese Navy,researches related to carrier-based aircraft become more and more important.Aviation operation scheduling has been critical in measuring fighting ability of carrier-based aircraft.Artificial dispatch,however,would cost too much time and have difficulties in meeting demands of flight missions,due to problems including the complex physical structure of surface combatants,the multiple stages in scheduling process,as well as urgent flight missions.This paper,therefore,will focus on addressing aviation operation scheduling effectively by using intelligent algorithms.This subject originates from the national defense project undertaken by my tutor.It is confirmed many times through experiments and has reached practical technical indexes.Firstly,researches about both domestic and foreign workshop and aviation operation scheduling are analyzed and studied in this paper.Searching currently available data,we find that though relatively deep researches were made at home and aboard,there was almost no studies about intelligent dispatch of carrier-based aircraft's aviation operation.As such,it is urgent to solve this problem.Secondly,we make analysis about characteristics of aviation operation scheduling of carrier-based aircraft,pointing out significant factors concerned about surface combatants' fighting ability,such as the sortie and recovery ability of carrier-based aircraft.Also,we state fleet safeguard process which is commonly used now,and make it an abstract problem of multi-objective workshop scheduling.Meanwhile,we emphasize on analyzing and studying frequently-used algorithms,including branch-and-bound method,genetic algorithm,simulation annealing algorithm,group of intelligence algorithm and heuristic algorithm,which are related to workshop scheduling.Combined with practical surface dispatch operation,problems could besolved with the help of intelligent algorithm and constructive heuristic algorithm.Later,factors from all the aspects in aviation operation scheduling are abstractly modeled in accordance with each element and environment of workshop.The model of aviation operation scheduling of carrier-based aircraft is finished after evaluating constraint conditions of working procedure.Based on that,the following algorithm design could be executed.Next,safeguard scheduling problems are analyzed and modeled.Combined with practical conditions of deck schedule,double schedule is adopted to make aviation operation schedule simpler.Also,the process of coding is completed.The upper scheduling,on the one hand,dispatches with the help of constructive heuristic algorithm,designing heuristic aviation operation schedule algorithm based on priority rules,and getting initial scheduling plans.On the other hand,the lower scheduling works out better scheduling plans efficiently through dynamic adaptive artificial fish swarm algorithm.Finally,in the testing part,the algorithms are analyzed through examples of 8aircraft within 4 rounds.The processes and results of scheduling are compared with artificial ones.The results show that double scheduling algorithm could work out plans in a time,meeting the demands of flight mission.What's more,the results are even better than artificial ones,proving the correctness and high-efficiency of the algorithm.
