Tire is an indispensable tool in modern social life.Its structure is complex.The production process of various components is complicated,and the production process automation degree is relatively low.With the increase of labor cost and the increasingly fierce competition environment in tire company,manufacturers are constantly improving the automation level of tire production equipment.This article are aimed at designing a set of tire tread automatic collection equipment based on PLC control system against the demand of automation promotion of tire tread parts collection in the process of tire production.This article gives a research on the realization of each step of tread automatic collection and designs and develops a full set of automatic tread co llection equipment on the basis of a summarization and induction of the current development situation of tread automatic collection equipment in domestic and foreign industries,guided by the effective demands in factory and on site,taking a market automatic collection equipment as a reference,This article focuses on the design of the mechanical mechanism of equipment and control system based on PLC.This article introduces the whole process of tread collection and gives the process decomposition and simple motion analysis,then designs a set of automatic tread collection equipment according to various effective demands on the production site on this basis.After the hardware mechanical structure design in this paper,the author designs a reasonable overall plan of the control system for the equipment.the author finished the hardware selection of the control system after fully considering convenience,reliability and stability of the system,and programming of the control system and the design of the touch screen panel are completed.Finally,the author carried out field tests on the tread automatic collection equipment designed in this subject.After various tests,the running state of the equipment was optimized and improved,and the rationality and correc tness of the design were verified.In addition,this article also summarizes the existing problems of the equipment and improvement and optimization direction in the future.
