With the steady growth of the Chinese economy, political stability, many multinational companies in the face of continued growth in demand for the Asian market, also in order to reduce manufacturing costs and improve their competitiveness in the market, they choose overseas products to the Chinese transfer. So the project management technology plays an important role in the product transfer project.
