In this thesis,by analyzing the problem of the low efficiency of the measurement of small aircraft structural parts,and the requirements for the dimension and geometric tolerance measurement of small aircraft structural parts,a system development scheme based on coordinate measuring machine is proposed.this scheme takes coordinate measurement technology as the breakthrough point,takes mechanical design as the foundation,takes measurement programming technology,computer communication technology and distributed network technology as the support,CATIA three-dimensional design,DMIS(Dimension Measurement Interface Specification)and computer programming language as the tools,takes aircraft parts detection business process as the core,takes the realization of accurate and efficient measurement of small aircraft structural parts as the goal,a practical rapid measurement system for small aircraft structure parts is developed,which solves the problem of low efficiency in the detection of aircraft structure parts.Main works in this thesis are performedas follows:Construct a quick measuring system for small structural parts,and a continuous automatic transmission measurement system for small structural parts is developed,The system is mainly composed of three parts: part transmission mechanism,combined fixture for measurement and control software for measurement system.The lower computer of part transmission mechanism is programmed by Arduino,the upper computer communicates with the lower computer through serial port,and the upper computer measurement system control software is developed by C# programming language.it controls the cooperative work of measurement machine and transmission device to reduce the disassembly and alignment of parts During the process of waiting,the aircraft structural parts can be quickly clamped,automatically transmitted and automatically measured.Research on measurement programming technology of CMM Based on 3D model.A set of measurement planning technology based on the typical characteristics of aircraft is proposed to meet the inspection requirements of small aircraft structural parts,On the basis of research on secondary development technology of CATIA,automatic collection technology of complex surface points and coordinate transformation technology,a measurement planning application program based on CATIA is designed,In order to meet the needs of measurement programming of various measurement systems in enterprises,an easy to expand export module of measurement program is designed.The measurement program can be output into DMIS,PC-DMIS,Tutor and other file formats,which can be directly used in part measurement.According to the requirement of parts measurement information management,measurement management application based on B / S mode is developed.the application database management system uses SQL Server 2008R2,The user interaction page is developed with with ASP.NET and AJAX programming technology,which is easy to expand and three-dimensional display of part measurement results is realized with virtual reality programming language.It has the functions of basic information management,part measurement planning management,part measurement task management and part measurement information query,and the problem of storing,retrieving and using measurement information is solved,and the dynamic management of measurement information is realized.
