Intelligent substation is an important part of the smart grid,which will effectively solve the problem of grid connection of new energy power generation through the use of advanced equipment,technology,and control means.It greatly reduces the floor space of the substation and the life cycle of the equipment with the advantages of high integration of its equipment,which can bring huge economic benefits.Increasing the stable running time of equipment,shortening the maintenance and unnecessary power outage time,and prolonging the service life of equipment are the development trends and requirements of intelligent substation.This paper takes under the construction of 110 k V intelligent substation as the research object,and comprehensively analyzes the life cycle cost(LCC)of the project.Firstly,the life cycle cost of transformer substation is analyzed,and the cost analysis model is established.According to the research objects,the method of equipment selection and electrical main wiring design are adopted.Use the new type of intelligent transformers,the electronic transformers,the isolation circuit breakes and other equipments;Secondly,optimize the secondary equipment of the substation,further integrate the protection and monitoring of the space layer equipment under the permise of ensuring the stable operation of the substation,and implement the integration of the automation system,the relay protection system and the secondary assemble screen and layout.Finally,acoording to the life cycle cost model,the cost analysis of two different engineering schemes is carried out,and the optimal configuration scheme is selected.The optimized design of the 110 k V intelligent substation based on LCC is obtained.The result shows that the optimization design of intelligent substation based on LCC theory is beneficial to further reduce floor space,integrate equipment,improve communication efficiency,save engineering cost,and improve the operational stability of substation.
