With the in-depth application and development of computer technology in the field of manufacturing,shipbuilding industry has entered the stage of information production,producing a large number of historical production data containing abundant potential knowledge and experience.However,there are still some problems to be solved,such as the manufacturing and design processes of ship products are separated from each other at present: low utilization of knowledge and experience,and the increasing uncertainties and risks of ship manufacturing engineering.Therefore,the reuse of knowledge and experience and the evaluation of product manufacturability are very important in the product design stage.In this paper,knowledge-based product manufacturability evaluation technology and its application are studied.Firstly,in order to improve the reuse rate of knowledge in product design stage,the knowledge recommendation method for process planning is studied.Based on the historical process data and the experience of technologist,a hybrid knowledge recommendation algorithm based on item and user is proposed.Through the analysis of the users' process experience structure,category preference and user activity,a comprehensive similarity calculation method is given.On this basis,the knowledge-based product process plan is recommended actively by scoring and forecasting the nearest neighbor of the target user.Secondly,the manufacturability evaluation method oriented to process route is studied.An evaluation index system is established based on product characteristics and manufacturing process.Considering the diversity and heterogeneity of evaluation information,a fuzzy expression model of evaluation information is established.The weights ratio of evaluation information and decision-making experts are determined by the optimized adjustment method combining subjective and objective factors.The multi-attribute group evaluation steps and case application of process plan manufacturability are given by introducing VIKOR method.Then,based on the information flow transmission relationship of product manufacturing engineering,the dependence relationship of risk factors is analyzed and then the DSM matrix is established.A multi-level risk propagation model is proposed for engineering change.On this basis,a risk reasoning model based on fuzzy Petri net is established by introducing time factor and color label.The manufacturing time limit and key engineering nodes of complex product engineering are analyzed and the case study is also given.Finally,the prototype system is designed through the requirement analysis of knowledge management and application system of shipbuilding product manufacturing.Five functional modules are mainly included: knowledge management,knowledge push,manufacturability evaluation,business audit and user rights management.The system framework and database model are constructed,and the application is displayed through the interactive interface.In summary,this paper mainly studies the method of product manufacturability evaluation oriented to process plan and the method of risk reasoning oriented to general engineering.The process factor is introduced into the stage of ship product design,which improves the practical value of the algorithm and model in practical problems.The research in this paper can provide some theoretical support for the stage of ship product design.
