Research On The Relevance Of Spatial Form And Its Physical Environment Of The Nantou Gucheng Urban Village

Urban village is a product of the rapid developing of urbanization in China.There are a large number of urban villages in Shenzhen.With the long-term and disorderly developing process,the status of high building density,large population base and poor environmental quality has been formed.The pursuit of high-density space construction has caused the problem of non-standard space quality,and it gets more and more attention from all sectors of society.At present,the renovation of the urban villages mainly focuses on the decoration of its appearance,ignoring the livability of the living environment o f space and physical environment,and its fundamental problems have not been solved.As a typical urban village in Shenzhen,Nantou Gucheng urban village has witnessed the growth of Shenzhen.In the future,In the future,Nantou Gucheng urban village will not be demolished,and it will be based on comprehensive rectification.So it is very important to solve the livability problem.In term of physical environment,the temperature,wind speed,outdoor light intensity,and noise in the physical environment ar e selected as the evaluation indicators.The building density,floor area ratio,enclosing degree,street orientation and street aspect ratio are selected as the variable indicators to explore the spatial form and the relevance of the physical environment.At the same time,this paper introduces the current situation of Nantou Gucheng urban village space and its existing environment,and summarizes the current research on the physical environment of urban settlements from the perspective of urban planning and architecture.It draws on the domestic and foreign experts and scholars to relate the spatial form of the settlement to the physical environment.Research methods,as well as physical environment simulation techniques,focus on research.The approach of this research is that,first,this paper send a questionnaire survey on the physical environment and spatial morphology satisfaction of Nantou Gucheng urban village.The spatial status of Nantou Gucheng urban village was sorted out at three levels: area,node and street.Typical spaces were selected as survey points,and wind speed and temperature,light intensity,and noise decibel values were measured in situ.Environmental simulation software was used based on the actual measurements The data simulates the physical environment.The preliminary analysis of the spati al and temporal distribution of the physical environment in Nantou Gucheng urban village.Finally,by comparing the status of the physical environment under different spatial parameters,the influence of spatial morphological elements on the outdoor physical environment is analyzed.This study takes the current physical environment and spatial form of Nantou Gucheng urban village as the research object,and uses the physical environment parameter simulation analysis software in the study.Through software simulation,explore the spatial distribution differences of temp erature,wind speed,light and noise from the overall perspective of Nantou Gucheng urban village.Therefore,the change trend of physical environment parameters under different morphological indicators is compared and analyzed to find out the spatial morphological indicators based on good physical environment.Make corresponding supplements to the protection rules of Nantou Gucheng urban village and the subsequent renewal protection of the city.This paper pays more attention to the correlation between the spatial form of t he urban village and the physical environment than previous studies,emphasizes the design mode of the village in the city,and provides research methods and ideas for the stu dy of the physical environment of the village in the future.To provide a basis f or the research on the transformation of Shenzhen urban villages.
