Styling design plays an increasingly important role in the selection of car models.Excellent interior design can make driving and riding more convenient,safe and pleasant.Nowadays,there are three main problems in the design of car interior driving panel: the design of driving panel lacks user-centered evaluation system and theoretical support,and it has personal subjectivity and blindness,which cannot fully satisfy users' aesthetic preference;The design of the driving panel is mainly studied separately from one of the aspects of modeling design,color,material,etc.,lacking of overall research and design integration.Facing the popularization of electric vehicles and autonomous driving technology,how to adapt and improve the design of driving panel will encounter some new problems.First of all,through consulting the picture data,collect and make the controllable variables of the car driving panel modeling design,color matching,material texture picture samples.By using Kansei engineering methods such as KJ method and semantic difference method,a questionnaire was designed for the user's preference for which car driving panel modeling design style,color matching style and material texture style.Secondly,SPSS software was used to conduct statistical analysis on user feedback data,including principal component factor analysis(PCA),KMO statistics,Bartlett sphericity test and Cronbach's alpha reliability analysis to extract user preferences.Find the optimal sample in the sample database to obtain the user's preferred driving panel modeling design,color matching and material texture style.An analysis system consisting of user preference and car interior driving panel design samples is constructed.Finally,the design elements are integrated by extracting the optimal sample design elements.Software such as Photoshop and Sketchbook were used to carry out the prototype design practice of the car interior driving panel,complete the overall research and design optimization of the car interior driving panel,and verify the design prototype through perceptual image test and simulated eye movement analysis,so as to test whether it achieves the design purpose.Finally,by comparing and analyzing the differences of driving panel design between traditional fuel vehicles and electric vehicles,the development direction of driving panel design in the future is predicted.In this paper,a method based on user preference is proposed to evaluate and optimize the design elements of car interior driving panel by comprehensively studying the three parts of driving panel modeling design,color and material respectively.Finally,the conclusion is drawn: for the design of car interior driving panel,most users prefer the modeling style of "technology,dynamic and simple";Prefer the color collocation of "dark tone and two colors";Preference is given to material textures with "large areas covered with flip fur,small areas decorated with frosted plastic and fine grained leather".Then the verification results confirm that the simulated eye movement analysis results of the design prototype are consistent with the perceptual image evaluation results of the corresponding design samples,indicating that the design prototype achieves the design purpose.
