Highway construction in our country,in the period of booming but all kinds of impact on the existing highway serious natural disasters,especially mountain road waterlogging disasters especially,mountainous area highway construction environment is complex,some subgrade by fluvial process for a long time,easy to collapse,some in roadbed is impacted by the storm,flood and so on,the whole road structure prone to waterlogging,not only need to place to repair damaged by flood,but also to waterlogging region of production,safety and economic evaluation.To explore the mechanism of the flood of the highway in mountainous area and formulate the corresponding prevention measures,based on the haicheng county,liaoning province,xiuyan county mountain area secondary and tertiary roads as the research object,through the test material with various structural layers in the road,the mechanics performance parameters,based on discrete element software PFC main tools,set up 3 d model of layers,is applied to different situations of flood load to analyze road waterlogging mechanism and corresponding prevention measures are put forward.According to the results of simulation and numerical analysis,the water level entering the soil will be lower than the flood level in the early stage when the flood erodes the roadbed,and the water level inside the soil will be higher than the external water level when the flood leaves the roadbed.In the process of simulation,it can be seen that the vertical displacement of road structure can reach 70 cm at the 4.8m/s flow rate.With the increase of flood water level,the damage degree of road structure layer becomes more and more serious.In flooding effect in the process of the road,at the grass-roots level and the force of the soil base is different,the compressive stress of soil base gradually tend to zero,and the vertical compressive stress at the grass-roots level gradually turn into tensile stress,horizontal direction at the grass-roots level will produce maximum tensile stress limit of 2 mpa,can cause the initial crack of pavement structure,shear stress is the main reason of pavement damage.Aiming at the damage process and mechanism of roadbed and road surface under the action of flood,a comprehensive control measure combining hardware protection measure and software protection measure is put forward.
