With the rapid development of new energy vehicles,the communication between vehicle-mounted electronic control units has become more complicated.A large number of vehicle control parameters need to be calibrated and optimized to ensure the coordinated operation of the vehicle's electronic control units and improve vehicle performance.This paper has designed and implemented a measurement and calibration system for the vehicle controller,which can monitor the information of each electronic control unit and sensor in real time,and optimize the control algorithm by modifying the parameters in the vehicle controller,and can also detect Possible functional loopholes of the vehicle controller in extreme environments.The measurement and calibration system discussed in this article follows the international standards proposed by the Application System Standardization Organization.It was mainly composed of PC-side calibration software,ECU-side calibration software,and USB-CAN interface devices.On the basis of CAN calibration protocol,this paper has used the CAN bus to realize data transmission and complete the measurement and calibration of parameters.The calibration software on the PC side has designed the system interface,monitoring function module and calibration function module according to the modular design idea.The system interface was divided into three parts,including equipment management,data monitoring and data calibration.The monitoring function module has implemented the periodic collection of ECU control parameters and presents these parameters in the form of lists and waveform diagrams;The calibration function module has realized the upload and download of the calibration parameters.The ECU calibration software was implemented by integrating the underlying driver and CAN calibration protocol stack in the vehicle controller.The underlying driver part completes the sending and receiving of CAN messages and the flash drive;and the CAN calibration protocol stack implements the analysis and feedback of the CAN calibration protocol commands,the configuration of the data collection mode,and the periodic upload of data.In this paper,a complete and systematic verification of the designed calibration system has been carried out on multiple platforms,and a test bench has been built test the underlying driver of the calibration system,including CAN message transmission and reception,CAN calibration protocol command analysis and feedback,and In the actual vehicle test,the control parameters of the motor drive in the pure electric vehicle are selected for monitoring and calibration experiments.The experimental results shown that the calibration system designed in this paper can run stably.
