Control System Hardware Design Of Cleaning Robot Based On STM32

The intelligent cleaning robots derive from industrial robots of the20th century60’s, along with its applications refer to cleaning industry which belongs to home services field, it is known as cleaning robot.Compared with traditional cleaners, this smart appliances are easy to use, to finish housework automatic or fully automatic indoor without person’s interference, thus not only reducing intensity of housework but also improving many people’s working efficiency.to sum up it has expanse market outlook; in view of a technology content, system integration of advanced embedded systems development, obstacle avoidance, path planning, vision and other artificial intelligence techniques plays an important role in popular electrical Products such as cleanig robot, so it’s great scientific value.This paper designed a smart cleaner whose mechanical systems borrowed Silver Star Intelligent company kv8cleaner, but the core of the control system hardware and software is designed for the paper. Arround stm32flO3microprocessor,this paper designed the hardware control circuit, the entire hardware control circuit includes a controller circuit, power circuit, DC motor drive circuit, sensor acquisition circuit, display circuit, infrared remote control circuit, key input circuit and the communication circuit summing up8modules,at the same time finished the upper application control software and the underlying driver software in the environment of keil mdk.by modular control software driverded stm32flO3controller to fullfill the motor driving, LCD, infrared detection, and other functions. Experimental test showed that using this control systems, intelligent cleaner can achieved walking, cleaning, infrared remote control, display another functions.
