With the rapid development and continuous transformation of automotive technology,the number of ECUs in new automotive products has continuously increased,resulting in the continuous improvement of the complexity of automotive electrical and electronic systems,and the functional safety performance of automotive products is facing more severe challenges.In response to these challenges,the International Organization for Standardization(ISO)has established the functional safety standard ISO26262,which provides guidance for the functional safety development of automotive products.Functional safety development is usually accompanied by automotive electronics and electrical architecture design,and in recent years,PREEvision has become the mainstream method for automotive electronics and electrical architecture design with its platform and modular advantages,and supports functional safety development.If an enterprise wants to shorten the new product development cycle,it must unify the development of the functional safety of the vehicle and the development of the electronic and electrical architecture so as to ensure its dominant position in the market.This paper takes the LKA system as an example.Based on the in-depth study of functional safety,combined with the PREEvision tool,it designs and implements the functional safety development process based on PREEvision and the evaluation and release of functional safety reports.Firstly,PREEvision was deeply studied,and PREEvision was applied to demand architecture design and functional architecture design of LKA system.The system architecture requirements and goals,logic design,and software hardware architecture were defined,for the functional safety development process based on PREEvision foundation design.Secondly,the functions and application scenarios that functional safety development needs to provide are clarified.In combination with the LKA system architecture design,the safety related items are defined.The safety analysis methods such as HAZOP and HARA are studied,and the safety analysis method is used to derive the functional safety concept,and define functional security requirements.Finally,the safety analysis methods FMEA and FTA are studied,the application analysis method is combined with the development content of the functional safety concept stage to define the technical safety requirements,the technical safety concept is obtained,and the hardware and software interfaces of the system development are realized according to the technical safety concept.Designed and evaluated the overall functional safety development content,automatically configured to generate a safety report.
