| With the continuous improvement of vehicle electrification and intelligence,China’s new energy automobile industry has entered the growth stage from the introduction period,and the traditional automobile industry has begun to digitize and integrate with diversified market demands.The electronic and electrical architecture design and production process system based on traditional documents is no longer suitable for the design concepts of platformization,modularization,intelligence,and networking.In order to cope with the many challenges caused by the increase in the complexity of the electrical and electronic system architecture in the vehicle design,domestic automobile industry related companies have begun to introduce computer-aided design software such as PREEvision to perform virtual integrated modeling and evaluation improvements on the architecture scheme early in the design process.Optimize vehicle performance,shorten development cycle,and save production cost.At the same time,the model-based EEA database can be used as a model component resource pool for other subsequent models,greatly reducing reuse costs.Starting from the idea of model-based system engineering,this paper studies the relevant theories and applications at home and abroad,such as MBSE theory,UML/SysML graphical modeling language,and then based on the engineering of a Shanghai automotive design company’s new energy vehicle electrical and electronic system modeling project In practice,using the model-based automotive electronic and electrical development tool PREEvision,the structure of the PREEvision data model is introduced hierarchically,the development process is summarized according to the actual project process,and the group modeling scheme is formulated for the rapid iteration of the work process.The problem of cross-departmental team collaboration,continuous agile iteration and consistency checks during the model development process.The electronic and electrical system architecture to be modeled is analyzed,the overall overall network topology design is given,and the subsystem functional architecture design is analyzed with examples.Finally,UML/SysML graphical modeling and related development work are carried out on the electric vehicle model.The EEA database file with the organic and unified data of each layer is obtained.Among them,the import and export problems encountered in the modeling process of communication layer,hardware layer,etc.Through the use of PREEvision’s Metrics algorithm model by secondary development,automatic batch data format conversion and related tool chain data interaction are summarized.Document-based design mode is converted to the operation process of model-based system architecture modeling,accumulating technology and model experience for cooperative design companies,realizing the integration of tool chain,improving the efficiency of vehicle electronic and electrical system architecture development,and achieving better economy benefit. |
