| With the rapid development of the city,the ecological environment of the city has been severely damaged,and the living environment has become worse and worse.In the future,human beings will face the harm caused by the depletion of resources.As an important part of the city’s functions,the residential area is not only the main living,activity and rest space of urban residents,but also the residents’ trust in a beautiful home.According to the World Energy Forecast,the energy consumption in 2050 will reach 4 times that in 1975.Among them,the energy consumption of buildings accounts for 11%-25% of the total energy consumption.Can account for a large proportion of energy consumption in buildings.First,this dissertation starts with "low-carbon energy-saving" research.it reviews the research on the low-carbon energy-saving concepts and the main technical means used in the research and analysis of the space syntax theory.The low-carbon and energy-saving technologies of energy-saving houses and green ecological residential areas are summarized,compared,and refined,and a scientific and reasonable explanation is given for the research background,research significance,content,and theoretical methods of low-carbon residential areas and energy-saving residential buildings.Secondly,based on the principles of universality,representativeness,and completeness,in Shenyang,northeast of the severe cold region,two existing residential areas were selected as typical cases for research.This study is based on the concept of low-carbon energy saving,and uses the axis model and convex space model in the space syntax concept to analyze the residential buildings in existing residential areas and residential areas.Existing residences are analyzed at three levels: macro,meso and micro.The existing problems in residential areas and residential buildings are analyzed,and the existing problems in existing residential areas and residential buildings are summarized.Finally,based on the low-carbon energy-saving concept and space syntax technology,energy-saving renovation and upgrading of existing residential areas and residential buildings are carried out.From the planning and layout of residential areas,energy-saving reconstruction of buildings,utilization of low-carbon energy-saving technologies,and energy-saving technologies for intelligent property management,the green Principles and technical methods of residential area planning and energy-saving building design.Applying,verifying,and summarizing the conclusions will have certain guidance and reference for the design and transformation of low-carbon energy-saving residential areas and ecological energy-saving buildings in the future.Energy-saving theory has a certain reference and reference in the planning and design of residential areas and the construction of green energy-saving buildings. |
