| Energy is the material basis for social development and an important resource for human survival. In China, the energy consumption include energy consumption, industrial energy and transportation energy consumption. Building energy consumption accounts for33%of total energy consumption. In building energy consumption, the proportion of existing residential building energy consumption in rural areas is growing, but the existing rural existing residential building energy use is rare. With economic development, people’s material living standards are improving, taking measures to save energy for rural residential, improving their living comfort and improving rural living environment are becoming increasingly important. Based on this problem, this paper studies the energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings in rural areas of Chengdu from the following aspects:(1) Combined with the natural climate, geographical conditions, actual situation and the relevant normative standards of the region, survey the existing rural residential buildings in Chengdu. Summarized the problems which the existing residential buildings in the area of rural have and reach conclusion that the energy saving in the region is possible.(2) Take energy-saving research for the existing rural residential building envelope structure and summarize the measures which are more common, proven energy-saving method for existing residential rural area.(3) Use the building energy simulation software DeST-h to establish a model of the typical rural architecture of existing residential. By contrast, reach conclusion that the energy consumption of existing residential buildings in rural areas and improve the system in different parts of the building envelope thermal performance of materials and construction practices and energy efficiency, individual combination of energy-saving programs the energy efficiency of computing as well as the energy and energy efficiency of the combination of energy-saving programs, Obtained the conclusions that enveloping the individual energy-saving and energy-saving solutions had an impact on each combination of existing residential buildings in rural areas.(4) Through the inventory valuation software, Calculated using system construction in Chengdu envelope and the envelope system unit cost of each combination of energy-saving programs related to the practice of the total cost (including labor costs and material recovery costs).Through the comparative analysis of cost energy efficiency ratio evaluate the economy of their energy-saving technology.In the end, drawn the energy-saving programs which apply existing residential building envelope system in Rural areas of Chengdu, meanwhile it provide a reference for energy-saving residential building envelope systems in the areas. |
