Since the beginning of the 21 st century, the environmental deterioration of people's lives has become more and more serious. To alleviate this problem, many scholars have begun to focus on the development and use of new energy. After research, the new energy source of photovoltaic power generation technology has zero pollution, flexible and easy to use methods, and recyclable and other benefits. Therefore, its application is widely used in various industries. With the large-scale development of this technology,it also requires increasingly higher gain converters. In the traditional Zeta converter, the voltage gain, the current ripple on the inductor branch become smaller, and the volumetric weight of the converter is also reduced, thus reducing the working efficiency. The article discusses the combination of magnetic integrated switching inductor technology based on the traditional Zeta transform, using the high voltage of the switching inductor to make the Zeta converter work efficiently. The voltage gain achieved by the original Zeta converter is D(1-D),and the voltage gain improved by the above technique is significantly increased to(1+D)times the original, and the coupling in the inductor in the new converter. The coefficient can reduce the current ripple on the inductor branch of the converter, and the PISM simulation system is used to simulate the steady state of the converter. The conclusion is that the new converter is superior in electrical performance to the traditional converter. In contrast, the new converter has more advantages. After research, when controlling the design of the switching inductor high voltage gain Zeta converter, the chip used is the UC3854 model.
