| Consumption is increasing every day,and energy saving and emission reduction are more important than ever.Due to the huge advantages in energy saving,frequency conversion technology has been widely used.After decades of development,the frequency conversion technology has become increasingly stable,and has become more compact,intelligent and efficient.In recent years,with the booming economy,the demand for refrigeration and air-conditioning in data center and commercial integration areas has become increasingly dramatic,but the frequency conversion technology of large-scale water chillers has lagged behind.This article carries out exploration and research on inverter water cooling and PWM control technology to make the inverter work more stably and efficiently.The main work of this article is as follows:1.Apply the PWM control technology to the rectifier inverter circuit to meet the performance requirements of high-power magnetic levitation inverter air conditioners.2.Design the cooling structure of the inverter based on cooling water to meet the performance effect of small size and good heat dissipation.3.Perform the performance test and energy efficiency test of the air-conditioning unit to find the best performance characteristics and energy-saving parameters of the inverter,thereby further improving the performance of the inverter. |
