Study On The Protection And Utilization Of The Architectural Remains Of Dehui Section Of The Middle East Railway Under The Urban Organic Renewal

With the development of social economy and culture,urban organic renewal and historical building protection have entered a new stage.As the most important transportation corridor in the modern development of Northeast China,the planning and construction of the Middle East Railway auxiliary buildings play an important role in the urban development process of the towns along the railway.In the great leap forward development process from the founding of the people’s Republic of China to the reform and distribution,the urban form is not controlled in time,leaving many hidden dangers and constraints for the subsequent urban construction With the longterm sustainable development of Dehui City,it gradually declined,and the vitality of the block gradually lost.Under the guidance of the theory of urban organic renewal,this paper explores the urban development of Yaomen station in Dehui section of the Middle East Railway,and puts forward practical guidance suggestions based on the example of Yaomen station along mude street.This paper collects,integrates and summarizes relevant cases at home and abroad through literature investigation and data collection,field investigation and survey,comparative analysis and other research methods,under the guidance of urban organic renewal theory,combined with the current situation of Yaomen station in Dehui section of Middle East Railway,starting with the problems faced by the architectural remains of Middle East Railway in Dehui section,one is the lack of overall shape,the other is the lack of regional protection division It is clear that the third is that the single protection is not in place,and the fourth is the lack of supporting facilities.From the aspects of urban form maintenance,block environment shaping and single building protection,this paper puts forward corresponding urban organic renewal strategies,divides blocks into functional divisions,and puts forward different regional protection and renewal schemes.This paper is divided into four parts.Based on the analysis and deduction of the status quo of the remains within the jurisdiction of the Dehui section of the Middle East Railway,it concludes that the position of Dehui section in the overall line of the Middle East Railway and the key points of station setting,highlighting the regional characteristics.By analyzing the cases of urban organic renewal in China,four strategies of urban organic renewal are obtained,which are self issuing strategy,holistic strategy,phased strategy and economic strategy.To explore the basic laws and methods of the neighborhood where the affiliated buildings are located and the urban development,and to put forward a feasible plan for the architectural remains of the Middle East Railway in Dehui section,it has certain reference significance for promoting the quality of life of urban residents in Dehui City,deepening the research of urban history and context,and helping the economic development of Dehui city.
