| The construction of urban rail transit in Beijing has entered the era of network optimization.In the construction planning,the current focus is to strengthen and optimize the key nodes in the front-line network structure,and dredge bottlenecks;in the planning,further encrypt the backbone and auxiliary lines of the central urban area,while giving priority to solving the traffic contradictions in the central urban area,gradually improve the network coverage,support the development of key new cities,edge groups,industrial functional areas,etc.,so as to make the rail transit planning and construction Adapt to urban development goals.According to the construction plan of rail transit construction in 2020,the operating kilometers of urban rail transit network in Beijing will reach 1000 km in 2020.The line of the project studied in this paper is exactly the line in the 2020 construction plan,the backbone line in the line network,and an important east-west traffic corridor in the city.From the aspect of traffic development planning,its construction is important to alleviate the traffic pressure in the central city,improve the residents’ travel structure,and promote the realization of the rail transit line network planning and construction planning Significance.Based on the summary of the theoretical knowledge of project risk management,this paper studies the development history and current situation of the project procurement management,analyzes the key links in the project procurement management,discusses the process and characteristics of the project procurement management,and takes a certain depot project of Beijing Metro as the research object,uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the project in the The risks in the procurement process are identified.The main risks involved in the procurement management of this project are external environment analysis,risks in each link of procurement management and sub supplier risks.The main factors are analyzed and the project procurement risk index evaluation system is established.According to the risk level calculated by the risk evaluation index,the corresponding countermeasures are taken by means of the project funds,technology and other means,so as to reduce the overall cost and complete the established construction tasks as scheduled.Through the research of this paper,project managers can more effectively identify the main risk factors of the current project,and provide some help for the cost reduction and efficiency improvement of procurement management.At the same time,it provides a reference for the risk solution of the project,and other projects of the same type can also refer to the research results of this paper to establish a risk management system in line with their own characteristics. |
