On the basis of the actual operation process of urban rail transit vehicle section,aims at the training of professional and technical personnel and the development of scientific research activities,focusing on the cultivation of students' consciousness and ability of scientific and technological innovation.With the help of software programming,a digital control dynamic physical simulation system for vehicle working process is constructed,and discusses how to realize the system.First,the paper summarizes the design principles and basis of the system,and analyzes the needs of the system functions,users,interfaces and interfaces,and analyzes the overall framework of the system,and divides the system into a dynamic physical simulation platform,a communication control subsyste m and a business control subsystem,and a detailed design is carried out.This thesis based on the characteristics and layout of the actual depot and parking lot.It constructs a dynamic physical simulation platform including hardware devices such as vehicle,turnout,signal and infrared positioning.It also research and development the parameters,functions and communication rules of the above hardware devices.At the same time,this paper realizes the wireless linkage control between the hardware devices on the dynamic physical simulation platform and the various business operators through the construction of wireless receiver coders and sender coders.In addition,the system uses infrared positioning technology and wireless communication technology w hich based on Zigbee to build a more comprehensive and accurate positioning of the wireless sensor network.Secondly,this thesis organizes the system data structure into three categories: the system basic data structure,the system control data structure and business data structure.And it separately defines the attribute classification and the function flow description to the three types of data structures.This paper analyzes the control flow of train day operation plan,shunting plan and collection schedule in the system which based on the design and construction of system data structure.Subsequently,the dissertation studies the key ways of the business process of the subway depot subsystem.And it constructs the subway depot subsystem model and builds the route search algorithm based on Floyd and trend depth-first algorithm,and achieves the route search of the subway depot subsystem features.Finally,the system is visually programmed with Powerbulid software.It realizes the maintenance function of all kinds of data in the system simulation operation and constructs the overall framework of the system.It aiso simulates the daily operation schedule,shunting schedule and closing schedule of the subway depot subsystem.
