Railway is a major national infrastructure,carrying a large number of national logistics,information flow and capital flow activities.Railway bridge is a building that makes the railway smooth and complete.The health monitoring of railway bridge is of great strategic significance for the country.R company's railway bridge health monitoring system is a kind of equipment to monitor the structural safety of railway bridge by realtime monitoring the stress of key points of railway bridge.Although the technology of R company's railway bridge health monitoring system is relatively mature,there are many beneficiaries of R company's railway bridge health monitoring system,imperfect management,complex process and unforeseen factors in the actual promotion process of R company's railway bridge health monitoring system,which make R company's railway bridge health monitoring system has a huge vulnerability.In this paper,the vulnerability theory and R company's railway bridge health monitoring system are combined to study the vulnerability evaluation of R company's railway bridge health monitoring system.On this basis,the concept and connotation of R company's railway bridge health monitoring system vulnerability are given.In order to study the vulnerability of R company's railway bridge health monitoring system,firstly,the whole process of R company is studied in many aspects,and the evaluation indexes are obtained from relevant documents and company logs by taking root theory.Then,the vulnerability evaluation system of R company's railway bridge health monitoring system is constructed by using AHP and multi-level extension algorithm.Finally,AHP is used to calculate the score of expert evaluation,and multilevel extension algorithm is used to calculate the vulnerability value and level of R company's railway bridge health monitoring system,and the following conclusions are drawn: there is a great vulnerability in R company's railway bridge health monitoring system,and efforts should be made to improve personnel conditions,safeguard measures,familiar with work areas,existing basic data,engineering Period,calibration data processing and demodulation sensor production.This paper studies the vulnerability evaluation of railway bridge health monitoring system for R company,and summarizes a set of methods that have certain reference function for similar enterprises in the industry,and have certain scientific guiding significance for improving the level of social security and promoting the sustainable development of industrial economy.There are 14 pictures,16 tables and 34 references.
