Study On The Factors Affecting The Cost Of The High Speed Railway Station Passenger Hub Project In EPC Mode And The Control Countermeasures

In recent years,with the promotion of the EPC model,a number of powerful construction units have transformed from the traditional construction EPC mode to the EPC project EPC mode.Combined with the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period,China’s comprehensive transportation system construction has made historic achievements,and the comprehensive transportation service "14th Five-Year Plan" development plan to improve the comprehensive passenger transport hub system has become one of the important measures of the comprehensive transportation system.As the main comprehensive hub,the high-speed rail station passenger transport hub has become one of the key points of attention for project cost control.From the perspective of EPC general contracting,it is of great significance to study the factors influencing the cost in the design and construction stage of the passenger transport hub of high-speed railway station.According to the research status of EPC cost management and passenger transport hub of high-speed railway station in China,this thesis first analyzes literature and expert consultation to preliminarily identify 37 cost influencing factors,and puts forward research hypotheses to construct a second-order theoretical model of cost management of passenger transport hub of EPC high-speed railway station.Then,through field research and We Chat,QQ and other questionnaires,the distribution is mainly distributed to a high-speed railway station passenger transport hub EPC project and relevant personnel and researchers involved in EPC projects and engaged in costs.A total of 414 questionnaires were collected,390 samples were selected,and22 factors were screened out by SPSS software for data reliability and validity test and exploratory factor analysis.Then,22 influencing factors are imported into the structural equation model for confirmatory factor analysis,and after the model adaptability reaches the standard,the weights of SEM are obtained by normalizing and weighting the 22 influencing factor loads.Another 20 experts were invited to score using the analytic hierarchy method,and the weights of each expert were weighted and averaged to obtain the weight of AHP.SEM and AHP were linearly combined to empower SEM and AHP using approximate golden section points,and finally 10 key influencing factors were screened out by plotting the cliff bottom gravel map.This thesis verifies that the influencing factors of the cost of the EPC high-speed rail station passenger transport hub project are design management,business management,site management,construction unit factors and other factors,and analyzes the key influencing factors extracted by the combined weight of SEM and AHP.
