| With the advantages of large capacity,speed,and punctuality,subway has developed rapidly in various big cities.With the expansion of the scale of the rail transit network,the safe and reliable operation of subway is more and more important.Once an accident occurs in the subway system,it will affect the travel efficiency and safety of passengers.Subway stations and power supply systems are important parts of the subway system.Subway station is the place where the passengers transfer and wait for the train,and power supply system provide electricity for the entire subway system.The operation status of subway station and power supply system affects the operation status of the whole subway system.In consideration of the reliability of equipment,station service capacity and the reliability of power supply system have a significant impact on service capacity of subway system.Maintaining station service capacity and the reliability of the power supply system is an important means to maintain subway system service capacity.Station service capacity is affected by the reliability of the station equipment,and the reliability of subway power supply system is affected by the reliability of the power supply equipment.By identifying the key equipment and carrying out regular maintenance measures,station service capacity and the reliability of the power supply system can be maintained.Based on the above analysis,the composition and structure of subway system are analyzed,and the service capacity model of subway system is established.Finally,the maintenance strategy of the subway system service capacity is summarized.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The composition and function of electromechanical equipment at subway stations are analyzed such as screen door system,environmental control system,AFC system and escalator system.The fault data of electromechanical equipment are analyzed,and the reliability indexes are calculated.According to the consequence of electromechanical equipment faults,the faults of electromechanical equipment are classified and evaluated.(2)The gathering and scattering process of passengers at subway station is analyzed.In consideration of the reliability of key equipment,the station service capacity model is established.The reliability constraint of key equipment is determined by sensitivity analysis.The maintenance schedule optimization model is established,and the maintenance strategy of key equipment at the station is optimized to maintain station service capacity.(3)The composition and structure of the power supply system is analyzed,and the failure data of the tractive power supply system is analyzed.Traction substation is the core of tractive power supply system.Based on fault tree analysis and Bayesian network analysis,key equipment and weak links of traction substation are identified,and maintenance measures are carried out to maintain the reliability of power supply system.(4)The composition and structure of subway system is analyzed.In the consideration of station equipment failure and train operation equipment failure,the service capacity of subway system is analyzed and calculated from three levels of point,line and plane.The maintenance strategy is proposed to achieve subway system service capacity maintenance. |
