As the pillar industry of the country and the main body of the national economy,manufacturing industry plays a very important role in China's economic development and technological innovation.As the foundation of most manufacturing enterprises,assembly line plays an important role in the manufacturing process,but there are also many problems.A mixed interior assembly line of X Automobile Manufacturing Company mainly assembles three models,After the trial production,there are some problems in the assembly process,such as short-time shutdown and lower assembly efficiency,Assembly line needs to be improved and optimized.Aiming at the problems existing in the interior decoration assembly line of X company,this paper analyzes them by means of 5M1 E analysis,process analysis and time research.It is determined that the cause of the problems is the change of the operation proficiency of the operators and differences in process complexity,resulting in the change of the operation time of the process after the trial production,resulting in the imbalance of the assembly line.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the balance of the assembly line.In addition,in the mixed flow assembly line,the balance and scheduling problem are interrelated.When the balance is optimized,the scheduling problem will affect the assembly efficiency,so it is necessary to redetermine the optimal scheduling scheme to further optimize the assembly line.Therefore,this paper establishes a balance optimization model based on genetic algorithm,and uses Jackson problem to verify the effectiveness of the model.After determining the combination time and combination priority of assembly process,the model is used to optimize the balance of interior decoration assembly line.On the basis of balance optimization,the simulation model of interior decoration assembly line before and after balance optimization is established by Flexsim simulation software,which verifies the effectiveness of balance optimization in the actual assembly process.At the same time,the problem of production scheduling is analyzed by using the simulation model through the production scheduling design method of MPS,and the optimal production scheduling after balance optimization is determined according to the principle of minimum total assembly time,The further optimization of the assembly line is realized.Finally,the simulation results and economic benefits of the whole interior decoration assembly line of X Company before and after optimization are compared and analyzed,which shows the significant role and significance of optimization for the assembly line.This paper optimizes the interior decoration assembly line of company X,solves the problems existing in the trial production of the assembly line,realizes the balance of working station time,improves the assembly efficiency and market competitiveness of the company,and plays an important role and significance for the increase of the company's benefit.It also provides reference for other similar problems.This paper contains 48 figures,15 tables and 40 references.
