With the rapidly increasing number of the types and quantity of automobiles,the demand for air valves of automobile engine is increasing every year.The increasing demand on diversification and personalization makes the manufacturing enterprise must to change the single mass production mode and change to the multiple and mixed production mode so that in order to make a reasonable production schedule for multiple and mixed production.It is necessary for manufacturing enterprises to maximize production utilization.By doing the research on the production line of air valves in JW company and found that there are two existing problem even though the production line still can meet the manufacture of multiple and mixed production,which is that There is not scientific production scheduling method that has been used.And when facing the mixed product order,the decision cannot be made in time and quickly.With the reason we just mentioned,first of all this paper introduced the basic situation in the air valves production line of JW company and selected the No.1 production line of JW company and the four productions of customer M company as the research object to described in detail the production mode,production resources,production process,processing time and other production factors of JW No.1 production line,and used the traditional industrial engineering method to measure and count the processing and production data of products.Secondly,sorting out and analyzing the relevant date to make a mathematical model of JW company’s No.1 production line and use genetic algorithms to calculate the result,and the obtained feasible production sequencing scheme is simulated with Flexsim simulation software,and compared with the current scheduling schedule of the workshop.According to the simulation results,it is analyzed that the improvement of production results after scheduling optimization is not obvious,and there is machine utilization.Low and transportation unit is too large,please read the literature and analysis and research again according to the existing problems.Last but not least,according to the batch characteristics of JW company’s actual production line transportation unit,the production scheduling model is re-established,and further batch production optimization is carried out for the optimal production scheduling of the production line.The optimal production batch and processing sequence are obtained,and the research goal of this paper is realized.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Optimize the existing production model for production scheduling,and simulate the production of the planned production plan,and find that there is still room for improvement in the optimized production plan.(2)Combining the company’s existing large batches of transport circulation,etc.,the batch production research of the processed products was carried out,and mathematical models and algorithms were re-established according to the actual production situation to obtain a reasonable number of product batches and production sequences.After optimization,the production time of a minimum production cycle was reduced from 1053.7 minutes to 766.6 minutes after the first optimization,which further improved the production capacity and processing efficiency of the production line.
