Scheduling Simulation Study Of Car Mixed Assembly Line Based On Flexsim

Many varieties of mixed production with high production efficiency can achieve the process of a variety of products, and this new mode of production has been intensively used by manufacturing company. Mixed assembly is more complex than line production,because it involves in the timely supply of materials, produce equalization of products and other issues.Design plan and operational control in mixed assembly line production system is a com-plex process, it will have a significant impact in many aspects, such as the improvement of business productivity and the overall efficiency, the rational allocation of corporate resources. Enterprises need a new mode of production to improve their market competitiveness, enhance the flexibility of production systems and improve the capital of the enterprise to respond to the market needs. The purpose of this paper is mainly for car mixed assembly line balancing in product rates, scheduling and other problems, in the integrated use of industrial engineering ideas and system simulation tools to study it in the modeling and simulation mechanism, through simulation data processing, and scheduling simulation studies for some section, in order to identify the optimal scheduling scheme.This paper firstly introduces the background of automobile mixed assembly line, the related research situation and research meaning at home and abroad, then overview of the discrete system simulation and Flexsim simulation software, following a more comprehensive analysis of the mixed model assembly line and production system, how to use Flexsim simulation platform, to establish a theoretical framework of simulation model, and based on the theoretical framework for the establishment of a mixed model assembly line simulation model cars. Finally, simulation modeling for car chassis assembly line, and use.the cyclic scheduling sort method to simulation, get the optimal scheduling scheme through data analysis and simulation results. And finally, the mixed assembly line productivity is greatly improved. The research which is for automobile manufacturing companies provides an effective way on how to improve the efficiency of mixed assembly.
