In recent years,the railway freight transportation in our country,especially the development of railway container transportation is in a rapid rise,more and more new means of transport and management concept has been applied to the practice,such as a higher transport efficiency of double-stack trains had begun to be used by some companies,but also produced many new problems to be solved.Railway station is the key node to realize the transformation of freight transport mode and the distribution of goods.The handling operation of railway station can reach a certain standard,which is the premise and foundation of the efficient operation of railway freight network.For railway stations themselves,the larger the volume of train handling can be completed in unit time means better benefits,and ensuring the handling efficiency of railway stations is to guarantee the benefits of railway stations.Therefore,handling efficiency is a very important problem.In this paper,the problem of how to allocate the resources of handling operation to produce the best effect is studied.Firstly,through the in-depth analysis of the actual situation of the double-deck container train operated by station A and the station,the complete process of double-deck container handling operation,the operation logic of all kinds of handling equipment and the cooperative relationship between them are clarified.Secondly,according to the idea of multi-objective optimization,a dual-objective optimization model of activity time and activity cost minimization is established.In order to determine the optimal resource allocation scheme,a simulation model is established based on the dual-objective optimization model.In the simulation model,according to the operation logic of platform front crane,container truck and yard front crane,the handling operation system is carefully divided and three subsystems are established respectively,then the simulation program is developed based on Python programming language.Through the simulation of the complex system of container handling,the handling operation time and the handling operation cost under different resource allocation schemes are obtained.Finally,according to the whole research process,this paper points out the value of the optimization and simulation methods of handling plan to the decision makers in the face of handling operation optimization problem.According to the research methods of problem analysis,model construction and simulation experiment,this paper finally determines the resource allocation scheme of double-deck container train handling operation under different objectives.It enriches the research in the field of resource allocation of handling operations in railway yards,and has certain theoretical guiding significance for the practice of container handling operations in railway stations.This paper contains 20 figures,8 tables and 59 references.
